当今在工厂的能源管理里,气体泄漏检测的重要性逐渐被越来越多的客户认识到并付诸到实际行动中。在一些耗能大的工厂里,利用超声波原理来检测管道气体泄露或者产品,设备的气密性已经成为一种有效的检测手段。比如在汽车厂,希尔思的LD300气动测漏仪就有很广泛的应用:
1、工厂管道:
一个毫米的小孔的压缩空气泄露一年损失的电费大约在2700元人民币,这对整个工厂来说是一个巨大的隐形损失!在以往的实际操作中,大部分是用肥皂水等传统方法测试,耗时耗力。而利用管道泄露产生超声波来做检测则高效的多,只需手持传感器,带上隔离耳机,通过机器上的信号强弱显示和耳机声音的大小即可判断泄露孔的位置,对于微孔也可作出准确的判断;
2、汽车发动机测漏:
类似于工厂管道,但区别是此类检测目标多为小管径,泄露孔一般也较小,LD300有配套的聚焦管可用于检测这类小孔泄露;
3、整车气密性试验:
最常用于轿车,也会应用于装甲车和卡车,因为不是利用管道泄露内外压力产生超声波原理,所以需要加上“超声波音源发生器”用于被传感器接收。
